Timing Is Everything
Construction and agriculture are major employers in the Northern Cape, but many positions are seasonal. Knowing when to apply gives you a head start.

Agricultural Season (Varies by Crop)
The Northern Cape's agriculture sector has different harvest seasons:
- Grapes (Upington/Orange River): January – March. Picking and packing jobs.
- Cotton: March – May. Harvesting jobs near Prieska and Douglas.
- Livestock: Year-round. Farm workers, animal husbandry, fencing.
