1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrimmGear ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

GrimmGear provides an online job search platform and AI-powered CV builder targeting rural towns in the Northern Cape, South Africa. The service includes job listing aggregation, CV creation tools, and subscription-based premium features.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Personal, Agent, Business) are billed monthly. Payments are processed via PayFast or EFT bank transfer. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: post false or misleading job listings; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; impersonate another person; upload malicious content; use the Platform for unlawful purposes; or attempt to bypass subscription restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of GrimmGear is owned by GrimmGear (Pty) Ltd. Job listings remain the property of their respective employers. CVs created by users remain the property of those users.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrimmGear is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee job placement or the accuracy of listed positions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Northern Cape Division.
